A boutique public accounting practice serving private clients, families and their enterprises across Sydney's North Shore. Thirty years of building trust, untangling complex tax matters and advising the people behind the numbers.
Mosman has been our home for over thirty years. In that time, we've built a practice on a simple premise: clients deserve an accountant who knows them, returns their calls, and takes the time to think.
Anthony Prinitis established the practice in October 1995 after years inside larger firms, with the conviction that high-net-worth individuals and family-owned enterprises are better served by a small, dedicated team who know them than by a constantly changing staff. That conviction has shaped the practice ever since.
Our clients are professionals, business owners, retired executives and the families whose affairs we have come to know intimately over decades. Many were referred by clients we have served since the practice opened. We accept new engagements selectively, because depth of attention is the entire proposition.
A small, consistent team you actually get to know — the same faces, year after year.

Our work concentrates on the matters that genuinely move the needle for high-net-worth individuals and the privately held companies they own. Engagements are scoped personally and priced on agreement.
Capital gains structuring, division 7A, trust distributions, residency questions and the multi-layered tax positions that arise around family wealth. We are at our best where the answer isn't in the textbook.
A long-term relationship with a single accountant who understands your family, your assets and your intentions. Annual planning, year-round counsel, and a steady hand through life's inflection points.
End-to-end structuring and setup of family trusts, partnerships and companies — designed to fit how you actually live and operate, and reviewed as your circumstances evolve.
A complete service — from initial ABN and TFN registration through to the ongoing administration of estate investments — working alongside your solicitor and financial adviser so that what you have built passes to the next generation with minimum friction and maximum intent preserved.
Tax-aware advice on property acquisitions, disposals, development structuring and investment portfolios — including the cross-border considerations that often accompany them.
Personal, trust and company returns, together with monthly, quarterly and annual BAS and all associated activity statements and lodgement obligations — prepared with the same care as the strategic work, because the foundation of good advice is faultless execution underneath it.
Every engagement is governed by the same principles. They are unremarkable on the page; they are uncommon in practice.
You will not be passed between juniors. Tony personally leads every engagement, prepares every position, and is the person on the other end of your call.
We work quietly. Client matters are not shared, marketed or aggregated. Many of our clients prefer that we never write about them — and we never do.
We answer in days, not minutes — because the right answer almost always rewards a few hours of thought. When something is genuinely urgent, we are reachable.
Tony has been our family's accountant for nineteen years. He knows our affairs better than we do, and he has never once let us down — through three businesses, two estates, and a great many complicated decisions in between.Long-standing client · Mosman
If you are considering a new accountant, or if a particular matter is weighing on you, we would be glad to meet. Our first conversation is confidential and substantive — we use it to understand your position and give you genuinely useful advice on the complex matters in front of you, not a sales pitch.
